Not scary, but necessary

HA!  Mz. Valberta Whistlethrou, her dog mrwinkles (said like it was one word).  I am working on her environment still.  She's cute, right?  A pistol is what she is.  I am picturing her animation clearly as a shuffle, her dog is the same way.  Who the hell wants old lady character designs, though, really?  They want evil.  Well, maybe she is evil, damn it.  Maybe she is.
